Fry onion until golden brown.
Add tomato to the pan and cook until soft.
Mash the beans in the pan with the onion and tomato mixture.

Add one spoon of hot sauce and a little lemon juice to the mixture.
Transfer the bean mixture to a plate.
Prepare the sauce by mixing two tablespoons of yogurt with some lemon juice and hot sauce.
Cut the round bread from the side to create a pocket.
Spread the sauce inside the bread.
Fill the bread with the bean mixture and add some coriander on top.
Spread more sauce on top of the filling before closing the sandwich.
