In a medium-sized dish, add 15 tablespoons of PB2 and 3.5 tablespoons of water.
Stir until a crumbly consistency forms and add the peanut butter to the pretzels.
Break 2 chocolate brownie Quest Bars into tiny pieces and add 3 tablespoons of water.
Microwave in 10-second intervals until the bars have completely melted.
Once melted, add the mixture into the large bowl along with 4 to 5 tablespoons of water.
Press the ingredients together until a pretzel peanut buttery brownie dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a 9x9 tray coated with nonstick baking spray.
Mold the brownies to the shape of the tray and set aside.
To make the chocolate topping, start with 1.5 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 2.5 tablespoons of water.
Mix until you have a thick syrupy consistency.
Top your brownies with the chocolate mixture.
