Prepare the ingredients: measure out 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of Heinz 57 sauce, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 teaspoon of thyme.

In a large bowl, combine the ketchup, Heinz 57 sauce, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chili powder, oregano, and thyme. Mix until well combined to create the marinade.

Place chicken wings into a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the wings. Make sure to coat all the chicken pieces in the marinade. Reserve about 1/4 cup of marinade for later use.

Seal the ziplock bag and let the chicken marinate for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight if possible.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray the baking pan with cooking spray or line it with aluminum foil.

Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them skin side down on the prepared baking pan, spacing them about 1/2 to 1 inch apart.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, flipping them over after 25 minutes to cook evenly.

Once done, remove the wings from the oven and place them in an empty bowl. Pour the reserved 1/4 cup of marinade over the wings and toss gently to coat.
