5 AIR FRYER DESSERTS Your Fam Will LOVE!

Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- 2In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- 3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares or circles.
- 6Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 7Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- 8Place the cut dough pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- 9Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- 10Remove the beignets from the air fryer and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- ●1 cup mini marshmallows
- ●1/2 cup chocolate chips
- ●1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ●1 egg (for egg wash)
- ●1 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface and cut them into circles (about 4-5 inches in diameter).
- 3In a bowl, mix together the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
- 4Place a spoonful of the marshmallow-chocolate mixture in the center of half of the pie crust circles.
- 5Moisten the edges of the crust with water, then place another circle on top and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
- 6Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the egg wash over the top of each hand pie.
- 7Sprinkle sugar on top of the hand pies for added sweetness and crunch.
- 8Place the hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- 9Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- 10Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- 2Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you.

- 4Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Use a little beaten egg to seal the top corner.
- 5Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

- 8Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- 9Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

- 9Brush the tops of the twisted pastries with the egg wash.
- 10Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

- 1Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- 2In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until well combined.
- 4Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
- 5Gently fold in the flour, salt, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- 6Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.
- 7Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- 8Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- 9Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- 10Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let them cool for 1 minute.
- 11Invert each ramekin onto a plate and gently tap to release the cake. Serve immediately.
