Add rinsed rice to the pot and stir until well incorporated; cook for about 5 minutes.

Pour in 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth and stir.

Cover the pot and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, fluff the rice, cover again, and let it finish baking in the off oven for another 10 minutes.
