Prepare the dressing by combining 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1 crushed garlic clove, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 1/4 cup olive oil in a bowl.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together until well combined and emulsified.
Slice 25 cherry tomatoes in half and add them to a large mixing bowl.
Slice the Japanese cucumber into thick pieces, about 1/4 inch (5 mm), and add to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of sliced green olives to the bowl.
Rinse and drain 1 can of red kidney beans and 1 can of white beans, then add them to the bowl.
Rinse and drain 1 can of corn kernels and add to the bowl.
Chop 1 red bell pepper and add it to the bowl.
Mix all the salad ingredients together gently to combine, ensuring the dressing is evenly distributed.
Add 7 oz (200 g) of crumbled feta cheese to the salad and gently toss to incorporate without smashing the cheese.
