Apple cider vinegar is often more affordable.
Wash the vegetables and herbs.
Cut the cucumber into slices and then cut the slices in half.
Cut the radishes into slices after trimming the ends.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Chop the chives into small pieces for topping.
Chop the dill finely and set aside the parsley for topping later.
Peel and slice about 1/3 of a red onion into small strips.
Move all chopped ingredients into a larger bowl, keeping some parsley and onions aside.
Mix all ingredients well in the bowl.
Make the first dressing by combining 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a dash of salt, and a pinch of black pepper; stir well.
Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle some of the reserved onion on top.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and some chopped parsley to the dressing before mixing it into the vegetables.
Add the chives and give it a final stir, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
Optionally refrigerate for a colder feel before serving.
