Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Chop one large yellow onion.

In the crockpot, add 1 cup of chicken broth.

Add 8 ounces of tomato sauce.

Add one can of diced tomatoes.

Add full-fat coconut milk (solid).

Break up the coconut milk and whisk it a little.

Add the chopped onion to the crockpot.

Add seasonings: 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a generous palm full of dried parsley, a little bit of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of oregano.

Add chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins to the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with toppings: green part of green onions and dairy-free mozzarella cheese.
