1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Plain Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Crushed Chillies
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients to the chicken wings then mix until all the wings are evenly coated.

Once the chicken has marinated then heat a pan with oil for deep frying until hot then gently add the chicken wings and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Once all the chicken wings have been fried set aside, as you prepare the sauce.

In a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot before adding the crushed chillies and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chilli sauce and tomato ketchup then cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

Add the fried chicken wings then mix until all the chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve with a side of French fries and enjoy!
