- 4Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- 5Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
- 6Once all pancakes are cooked, serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or toppings.
