Heat a griddle pan over medium heat until hot.
Add sausages to the pan and cook until browned, about 10-12 minutes, ensuring they have a proper hiss.
Cut white pudding and black pudding into slices.
Once sausages are halfway cooked, add white pudding next to the sausages in the pan.
Spray a little olive oil on the puddings and cook them on both sides until golden.
Transfer sausages and puddings to an oven tray and place in an oven at 150°F to keep warm.
In the same pan, add rashers (bacon) and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add baked beans to a small pot and heat until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add vine tomatoes to the pan with the bacon fat and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the pan with the tomatoes, season with pepper, and toss them around until cooked.
Transfer the cooked rashers, tomatoes, and mushrooms to the oven tray to keep warm.
In a separate pan, add butter and olive oil, then crack in an egg and fry until the whites are set but yolk remains runny, about 3-4 minutes.
Prepare soda bread by cutting it and spreading lashings of butter on it.
Assemble the breakfast plate with soda bread, a fried egg, rashers, black and white pudding, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, and baked beans.
