2 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
4 ounces fresh spinach
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2/3 cup Nature Nate’s 100% Pure, Raw & Unfiltered Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a blender, combine eggs, bananas, honey, salt, vanilla and spinach until very smooth.

Add self-rising flour and mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.

Line muffin tins with parchment paper liners, or grease and flour them well.

Pour batter into prepared muffin tins.

Bake for 15 minutes.
