Greek Chicken Gyros

3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cucumber
2 tablespoons fresh dill
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup water
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
4 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup parsley

Cut chicken breast into strips.

Add minced garlic to the chicken.

Sprinkle in a couple of teaspoons of dried oregano.

Add about a teaspoon of ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Add half a teaspoon of lemon zest and a tablespoon of lemon juice to the chicken.

Mix the chicken with the marinade and add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
