2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup sour cream
16 oz. frozen strawberries, whole or sliced, thawed and drained
Fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish

In a large bowl, completely dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.

Let cool in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Add cold water.

Pour into a mold or pan you can refrigerate.
