Cover the chicken breast with plastic wrap and lightly pound it using a flat meat mallet to flatten and tenderize the meat.

In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp granulated seasoning (optional), and 1/8 tsp chilli powder. Marinate for at least 30 mins.

Tightly roll them and secure with a toothpick. Set aside.

Beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp milk or water.

Season the all-purpose flour and egg with 1/8 tsp salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the chicken roll with flour, egg, and bread crumbs.

In a preheated pan with 2-3 cups cooking oil, deep fry the chicken roll over medium heat for 5-8 mins each side or until golden brown.

Remove them from the pan and let it cool down a bit enough for you to hold it so you can slice it perfectly. Note: Don't forget to remove the toothpick before serving.
