1 stick butter
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
garlic powder

Everglade seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups milk
1 box Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
1/2 seasoning packet from biscuit mix
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter

Melt a stick of butter and pour it into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Shred all the meat off of a rotisserie chicken and add it on top of the butter.

Spread 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken.

Season with garlic powder, pepper, and Everglade seasoning.

In a bowl, combine a can of cream of chicken soup with herbs and 1 cup of chicken stock, then pour it over the top without stirring.

In another bowl, mix 2 cups of milk with a box of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix and half of the seasoning packet from the biscuits.

Grate 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mix it into the biscuit mix.

Pour the biscuit mix over the top without stirring.

Bake at 350°F for about an hour until the biscuits are golden.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix it with the remaining seasoning packet, then brush it over the biscuits.
