Chicken Cobbler with Red Lobster Biscuit Mix

Melt one whole stick of butter in the microwave.

Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with cooking spray.

Pour the melted butter into the pan.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the pan.

Add one bag of frozen mixed vegetables to the pan.

In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups of chicken broth and one can of cream of chicken soup.

Pour the broth and soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the pan.

In another bowl, combine one box of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix with the seasoning packet and 2 cups of milk, whisking until smooth.

Pour the biscuit mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the pan without stirring.

Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Let cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into it.
