In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and fresh milk. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream by mixing the Chantilly powder with fresh cold milk until it thickens.

Once the cake is cool, spread the cream on top.

For the ganache, melt the dark chocolate with the heated milk cream until smooth, then pour over the cream layer on the cake.
