Chicken Stuffing Casserole

2 boxes of Stove Top stuffing
3 cups water
1 stick of butter
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 cup of milk

Start by boiling 3 cups of water in a pot on high heat.

Add 1 stick of butter to the boiling water.

Once boiling, add 2 boxes of Stove Top stuffing and stir.

Remove from heat and let the stuffing sit for 5 minutes.

In a skillet, melt a little butter and add 3 cubed chicken breasts.

Season the chicken with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink and cooked through.

Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to the cooked chicken and stir.

Add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk to the chicken mixture and stir well.

In a 9x13 casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.

Top the chicken mixture with the prepared stuffing, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
