1 pound baby red potatoes
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced yellow bell pepper
1 diced zucchini
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
