Sunflower oil is a cost-effective alternative for dressing.
Prepare a clean bowl, preferably glass or plastic.
Mix half a tea glass of vinegar with water to disinfect the dill.
Soak the dill in the vinegar water for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the dill under running water and set aside to drain.
Crush 5 cloves of garlic in a mortar and pestle.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the crushed garlic and continue to mash until it becomes a paste.
Set the garlic paste aside once it reaches a creamy consistency.
Measure out 500 grams of yogurt into a mixing bowl.
Add the garlic paste to the yogurt.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the yogurt mixture.
Mix the yogurt, garlic, and olive oil gently with a whisk for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, being careful not to overmix.
Chop the disinfected dill into pieces about half a centimeter long, avoiding the stems.
Add the chopped dill to the yogurt mixture.
Stir the mixture gently with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a smaller glass bowl for serving.
Serve the dish in a suitable bowl or plate, garnishing as desired.
