- ●1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- ●1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)

- 2Add the walnuts and roast them until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- 3Remove the walnuts from the pan and let them cool slightly.
- 4In the same pan, add the grated jaggery and water, stirring until the jaggery dissolves completely.
- 5Add the roasted walnuts, desiccated coconut, and cardamom powder to the jaggery mixture.
- 6Mix well until all ingredients are combined and form a sticky mixture.
- 7Remove from heat and let it cool slightly until it's manageable to handle.
- 8Grease your hands with a little ghee and take small portions of the mixture to form round balls (ladoo).
- 9Place the ladoos on a plate and let them cool completely before serving.
