Canola oil is less expensive and has a neutral flavor.

Cook pasta per package instructions in a 12” camp oven. Drain, set aside in a bowl and save ¼ cup of the pasta water. Wipe out and dry the inside of the camp oven.

Place 12 briquettes, in a tight ring, under camp oven. When heated add ham to brown for 2-3 minutes. Add butter, garlic and seasoning. Cook with continuous stirring for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, greens and cheese. Cook and stir, mixing until heated through and greens wilt.
