Cut the chicken sausage into pieces using kitchen scissors and add to the skillet.

Pour in about 3 cups of chicken broth and mix everything together until well combined.

Cover the skillet with foil and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the skillet from the oven and take off the foil.

Mix the contents of the skillet again to combine well after baking.

Optional: Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
