Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side until it reaches medium rare, checking for doneness with a meat thermometer.
Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes after grilling.
Slice the steak against the grain for tenderness.
Plate the sliced steak with the corn and tomato salad.
