1 cup pearl barley
1 cup quinoa
hummus

Cook 1 cup of pearl barley in water with a pinch of salt for about 20 minutes until done.

Cook 1 cup of quinoa in water for about 15 minutes until done.

Once cooked, let the grains cool and store them in the fridge for later use.

Add the prepared grains (pearl barley or quinoa) to a bowl.
