Add a little bit of oil to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Once the oil is hot, add corn, frozen peas, and carrots that have been washed.
Mix the vegetables and let them cook for about three minutes on medium to medium-high heat.
Add chicken bouillon powder, complete seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and a half teaspoon of Sazon to the skillet.
Wash the white rice with cold water twice, then add it to the pot.
Add about 1 cup of tomato sauce and roughly 3 and 3/4 cups of water to the pot.
Cover the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to the lowest setting and let it cook for about 25 minutes.
After the rice is done, it should be flavorful and delicious; do not skip the green seasoning.
Prepare guacamole by adding diced tomatoes, diced red onions, diced jalapenos, and roughly chopped fresh cilantro into a bowl.
Add avocado to the bowl and mash everything together, seasoning with lime juice, salt, and pepper before refrigerating.
Season bone-in pork chops with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion, and green seasoning.
Cook pork chops two ways: air fry at 380 degrees for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway, and pan-sear in a hot skillet with oil and crushed garlic for 6 to 8 minutes.
After cooking the pork chops, sauté sliced white onion in the same pot for about 3 to 4 minutes until softened and caramelized.
For refried beans, sauté diced onion and diced jalapeno for about three minutes, then add one can of pinto beans with half the liquid.
Mash the beans and season with salt and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
