Lay 2 frozen chicken breasts on the bottom of the crock pot.

Chop 1/2 onion and add it to the crock pot.

Add 1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained if desired) to the crock pot.

Add 1 can of corn (undrained) to the crock pot.

Add 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies to the crock pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning to the crock pot.

Add 1 pack of ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix to the crock pot.

Stir the ingredients in the crock pot slightly.

Add 8 ounces of third less fat cream cheese on top of the mixture in the crock pot.

Put the lid on the crock pot and set it to low.

Cook for about 6 hours or until the chicken is well done and moist.

Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it.

Return the shredded chicken back to the crock pot and stir everything together.
