1 cup peas
1 cup carrot
1 cup beans (1 inch cut)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 cup tomato sauce
salt (to taste)
2 cups pasta (boiled until soft)
1 tsp coriander leaves or mint or parsley

Add beans, carrot, peas and mix. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, boil the pasta until soft. Drain and keep aside.

Add salt and tomato sauce to the vegetable mix and mix. Add coriander (or mint or parsley leaves) and mix.

Add the cooked pasta and mix. Cover and cook on low for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Mix and serve.
