Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the spaghetti is evenly coated.
  4. 4Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. 5Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti.
  6. 6If using, sprinkle the chopped fresh basil on top for added flavor.
  7. 7Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  8. 8Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onion.
  3. 3Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
  5. 5Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
  6. 6Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
