Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them a couple of inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, remove cookies from the oven and let sit for 2 minutes.
Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie and hold for a second until it starts to melt and holds in place.
Let cookies cool completely before serving.
