Easy Marinated Beef Kabobs

Beef Kabobs
Cut the sirloin steaks into 2 inch cubes, trimming off any fat sections if desired.
Transfer the cubed beef to a bowl.
Juice 2 limes to get about 1/4 cup of lime juice.
Mince about 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the bowl.
Add about 3 cloves of minced garlic to the bowl.
Whisk the marinade ingredients together to combine.
Pour the marinade over the beef and use tongs to coat the beef evenly.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using.
Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for airflow.
Preheat the grill to a high heat for cooking the kabobs.
Place the skewers on the grill grates and cook for about 90 seconds before rotating them.
Check for doneness by feel; firmer meat indicates more doneness. Cook to medium-rare or to your preference.
To cook indoors, use a heavy skillet or grill pan, ensuring it is smoking hot.
Watch the heat closely while cooking indoors and flip the skewers as needed.
Check for doneness by feel and remove from heat when desired doneness is reached.
