juice of 1 small lemon
1 tbs tomato puree
1 tbs red pepper paste
2 tbs pomegranate molasses
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 small cucumber
1 tomato
1 large spring onion
1 cup parsley
1 cup dill
1 tsp red pepper flakes
