Drain the potatoes and return to the pot over medium low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add oil to a pan for shallow frying the potatoes.
Fry the potatoes in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
Make a spice blend with smoked paprika, hot paprika, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon powder.
Once crispy, toss the potatoes with the spice blend and season with salt.
Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy, then set aside.
Remove sausage from its casing and add to a hot pan with a little oil.
Break up the sausage into small pieces and cook until crispy.
Chop red bell pepper and proceed to cook with the sausage.
