Start by dicing 2 boneless chicken breasts into small pieces.

Add 1 teaspoon kashmiri chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, and 1 teaspoon salt to the chicken. Combine well and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook the marinated chicken in a saucepan over medium heat without adding water, covering it with a lid.

Once the chicken is cooked, stir fry until all the liquid has evaporated and golden brown spots form on the chicken.

In a separate saucepan, heat 1.5 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat and add 5 chopped yellow onions seasoned with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Saute until light golden.

Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and 2 chopped green chilies to the onions, cooking until the onions are light golden in color.

Add the cooked chicken to the onions, slightly shredding it by hand, and mix well. Adjust seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala if needed.

Add chopped fresh cilantro to the chicken filling and mix well, then let it cool down.

Roughly mash 3 cooked potatoes and add them to the cooled chicken filling, mixing everything well.

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs. Dip each patty in the egg and then coat with bread crumbs, setting aside.
