250 grams clams or mussels
100 grams calamari
6-8 pcs shrimps, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can (400 grams) canned tomatoes
1 pc tomato, diced
1/4 cup pasta water
1 tsp each dried oregano, basil & chili flakes
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped basil or parsley for garnish

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

Briefly blanch the clams in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat up some olive oil. Add the calamari and peeled shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 2 minutes while tossing. Remove and set aside.

On the same skillet, melt the butter. Sauté the garlic and onion until soft and aromatic. Add the tomato paste and sauté for a minute.

Add the crushed canned tomato, pasta water, dried oregano, dried basil, chili flakes and diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

Add the cooked seafood and pasta and toss until combined. Top with chopped basil or parsley for garnish.
