1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
generous sprinkling of sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons Korean 7-Up (or any lemon-lime soda)
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon kochukaru (fine grade Korean red pepper)
drizzle of sesame oil
