1 Tbsp oil
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
½ cup mayonnaise
1½ Tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp chopped pickle jalapeño (optional)
1 tsp pickle juice / vinegar / lime juice
1 tsp honey or ½ tsp sugar
1 cup sliced onion
½ cup finely shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
¼ cup julienned or grated carrot
¼ cup cubed yellow bell pepper
¼ cup cubed red bell pepper

Marinate 500g boneless chicken with 3 Tbsp curd, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 1 Tbsp oil, ½ tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Cook the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

In a pan, add a pinch of salt to 1 cup sliced onion and stir until the onions are deeply golden brown.

Butter the bread and place it on the pan over medium heat, applying butter on the other side as well.
