2 medium onions finely diced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp red pepper paste
3/4 cup of crushed tomatoes
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Sumac
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 small bunch of Parsley finely chopped
3-4 spring onions finely chopped added with the parsley (optional)
