Zwiebeln in Halbringe schneiden.
Knoblauch fein hacken.
Paprika in kleine Streifen schneiden.
Bratwurst in Stücke schneiden und anbraten oder vorher grillen.
Dutch Oven vorheizen und etwas Öl hineingeben.
Wenn das Öl heiß ist, die Wurststücke portionsweise anbraten und herausnehmen.
Paprika und Zwiebeln in den Dutch Oven geben und anbraten.
Wenn die Zwiebeln glasig sind, die Paprikapaste hinzufügen und kurz mit anschwitzen.
Knoblauch hinzufügen und kurz mit anbraten.
Puszta Salat mit Aufguss, Paprika, Paprikaflocken und stückige Tomaten hinzufügen.
Alles gut verrühren und ein paar Minuten köcheln lassen.
Abschmecken und nachwürzen, eventuell Rübenkraut hinzufügen und aufköcheln lassen.
Wurststückchen wieder hinzufügen, unterrühren und kurz erhitzen.
