- ●4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ●1 cup marinara sauce
- ●1/2 cup sliced black olives
- ●1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- ●1/2 cup diced onions
- ●1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- 1Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- 2Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3Add the sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, and diced onions on top of the sauce.
- 4Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- 5Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it to low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- 6Once cooked, check that the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 7If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- 8Serve the chicken with the sauce and vegetables over pasta, rice, or on its own.

- ●1 lb ground beef
- ●1 onion, chopped
- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●24 oz marinara sauce
- ●15 oz ricotta cheese
- ●2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- 4Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce mixture on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 5Layer half of the bow tie pasta over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, and then half of the remaining meat sauce.
- 6Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce.
- 7Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- 8Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 9Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- ●1 tsp chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1 bay leaf
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Rinse the pinto beans under cold water and remove any debris.
- 2In a large crockpot, combine the rinsed beans, water, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and bay leaf.
- 3Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
- 4Stir everything together to combine well.
- 5Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat.
- 6Cook for 6-8 hours or until the beans are tender.
- 7Once cooked, remove the bay leaf and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 8Serve warm as a side dish or over rice.
