Chop the top off a bulb of garlic and place it in an oven-safe container.
Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and bake in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Once roasted, peel the garlic cloves and place them in a blender.
Pour any excess oil from the pan into the blender and add 1 to 2 cups of olive oil.
Blend until you have a creamy roasted garlic olive oil sauce.
Boil water in a large pot and salt it before adding the pasta.
Cook the pasta for one minute less than al dente (e.g., if it needs 8 minutes, cook for 7).
Once cooked, cool the pasta down to stop the cooking process.
In a bin, combine the pasta with the roasted garlic olive oil sauce, coating it well.
Spread a thin layer of Italian meat sauce over the pasta as the first layer.
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Layer pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the cheese.
Top with parmesan cheese before sealing the container.
Cover the container with a lid and place it in the freezer.
When ready to cook from frozen, cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
