1 Cup cooked /1 Can (400ml Can) Black Beans (drained/rinsed)
3 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Small Onion – Chopped
¼ Cup/ 40g Green Bell Pepper – Chopped
1/4 Cup / 40g Red Bell Pepper – Chopped
2 Tablespoon Garlic – finely chopped
1 Jalapeño
Some Chopped Cilantro
3/4 Cup/175ml Tomato Puree
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Paprika
2 Cups / 480 ml Water /Vegetable Broth
1.5 Tbsp Lemon juice
