Boil sour orange peel a few times to reduce bitterness.
In a pressure cooker, heat grapeseed oil and add chopped onions; sauté until translucent.
Add garlic, spices (black pepper, cayenne, coriander), and meat; cook for a few minutes.
Add water to the mixture and pressure cook for about 30 minutes until meat is tender.
Once cooked, separate the meat and add soaked rice to the sauce.
Stir the rice and cover; cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Mix 1/3 cup homemade yogurt with 1/4 cup wheat (cash) and set aside.
Add chopped red chili peppers to the rice, adjusting quantity for spice level.
After cooking, add the meat back to the rice and reduce heat to low for 20 minutes.
Fry garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes and pour over the finished dish.
