Set the stove to medium high for the pot you'll be cooking the chicken in.

Add olive oil to the pot and then add chopped red peppers, sauté for about 3-4 minutes.

In a large pot, add more butter on medium high heat and then add fresh spinach, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, sauté until all leaves are evenly coated, about 4 minutes.

Add the chopped chicken to the spinach, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cumin, stir and cook until the chicken is completely done.

Turn off the burner for the spinach and chicken mixture once cooked.

In the larger pot with the butter, place one flour tortilla, add sun-dried tomato pesto sauce and shredded cheese, and wait until the cheese is fully melted.

Add cream cheese to the chicken and stir until it covers all the chicken, continue to cook for a little longer, then turn off the burner.

Check the tortilla to ensure the bottom is browned, then add the spinach and cooked chicken on top, fold the tortilla over.
