Mix 1.5 cups of maida, 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Add 0.5 to 5 teaspoons of oil and processed cheese cubes to the dry mixture.

Knead the mixture into a dough, adding water gradually until the dough is formed.

Let the dough rest for five minutes after adding 1 teaspoon of hot oil.

Optionally, add black pepper powder and mix well.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into shapes using biscuit cutters or any available tool.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cheesy bites on low flame until golden and crispy, turning them as needed.

Remove the cheesy bites from the oil and let them cool before storing in an airtight container.
