Preheat the oven to 250° or 480° F.

Place a large pot of water on the stove to boil.

Flatten the chicken breast by running a knife through it or using a meat tenderizer.

Slice the chicken into approximately 2 cm strips and then into 2 cm cubes.

In a large bowl, combine 160 g of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and salt. Stir together and set aside.

In a large fry pan over medium-high heat, combine 250 g of light evaporated milk, 20 g of Parmesan cheese, 90 g of light cheddar cheese, 50 g of cream cheese, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Lightly simmer until all cheese is melted and a homogeneous sauce forms (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small fry pan over medium heat, combine 90 m of Frank's Hot Sauce, 10 g of honey, and a pinch of salt. Simmer for 60 to 90 seconds, then remove from heat and set aside.

Drain the cooked macaroni and add it to the fry pan with the cheese sauce. Stir to evenly coat and set aside.

Remove the chicken from the oven and coat it in the hot honey sauce. In a large bowl, place half of the hot honey sauce, followed by the chicken bites, and then the rest of the hot honey sauce on top. Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.

Distribute the mac and cheese evenly across five containers, followed by the chicken.
