Bake the tarts, lowering the temperature towards the end to maintain the matcha color.
Remove the tarts from the pans, applying gentle pressure if they stick.
Once the raspberry jam is chilled and thickened, use it to attach fruits on top of the tart.
Decorate with herbs like sage, rosemary, and thyme, and add gold leaves for shine.
