1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
14 ounces kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Slice the stem off the jalapeno pepper and slice it lengthwise to create two halves.
