Adjust the dough with more flour if it's too wet.

Add walnuts if desired, mixing them in.

Shape tablespoon-sized portions of dough into discs.

Place shaped dough on parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake for 12 minutes, checking for doneness.

If not done, bake for a couple more minutes until the bottom is lightly browned.
